The Black Economic Alliance PAC (BEA PAC), a coalition of business leaders using their collective power to advance Black economic prosperity, released a letter signed by top Black business leaders across the country - including in battleground states - endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris’ economic agenda. Her agenda would give Americans the tools they need to build generational wealth by making housing more affordable, creating good-paying jobs, and investing in the entrepreneurial spirit that fuels our economy. Importantly, her economic agenda will remove long-standing barriers to prosperity for the Black community - which we know will benefit all Americans, making our economy stronger. Many of us have spent time with Vice President Harris and know she understands what the private sector needs to grow, invest, and thrive. Read the full letter here: https://lnkd.in/ez5D_wsr

In the critical 30 days before Election Day, BEA is launching a new mobilization program targeting infrequent Black male voters in Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. This initiative will engage over 700,000 voters through text messaging and digital advertising, emphasizing how voting is essential to breaking down barriers to economic opportunity and building generational wealth. This voter engagement program is informed by BEA’s recent poll and focus groups, which revealed that Black male voters prioritize lowering costs, raising wages, and building wealth as key issues heading into the election. The poll also identified Black business leaders, like BEA and its members, as the most trusted voices on these issues. This mobilization program reflects BEA’s continued commitment to ensuring Black voters are central to the election’s outcome and advancing the economic progress of Black communities nationwide.
