Blanton Smith, Blackfin’s Director of Asset Management, had the honor of chairing the 2024 ULI Washington Project Awards jury which required reviewing project award submissions, touring various sites and helping select the finalists and winners. Submissions were entered by architects, developers, owners, managers and operators across our region in various categories. Winners were announced last week at the ULI Washington Event – The Awards for Excellence. Thank you to ULI Washington for putting on such an amazing event and being able to recognize the innovation and creativity in our region.
