World Cider Domination. 10 years ago, we set out to challenge the status quo of “hard cider”. What existed then didn’t measure up to what we knew it could be, being that we’ve been growing apples for almost 80 years on our family farm in Michigan. The work was hard, and days were long, but we kept at it, and we kept growing and we thought at some point, to continue to spread the good word of craft cider, we should align with other like-minded cider experts around the US. First, a partnership with our friends at AVID Cider Co. in Bend, Oregon. Next, we put on our boots, added “y’all” to our vocabulary, and hopped a plane to get weird in Texas. One day and 6 pints (okay maybe 8) with the team at Austin Eastciders and we knew what our future looked like. Blake’s Hard Cider is proud to announce a partnership with the incredibly respected brand, Austin Eastciders of Austin, Texas. Through this alignment, a parent company named Blake's Beverage Co. was born, and we will continue our mission together of growing the hard cider category, while not changing the essence of what makes each brand unique.
