Outcomes > Outputs How many graphics you design, people you hire, photos you post, projects you complete, products you launch, or articles you write doesn’t matter. Those are just outputs. Busy work. You have to measure outcomes. What did those things accomplish? How did they move your business forward? How do you know if they were successful? Outcomes impact you and your organization’s health and growth. BUT you can’t measure outcomes if you haven’t determined your goals, KPIs, or strategy. Start with the end in mind. Develop a strategy, with matching tactics. Then measure the outcomes to see if you’re successful. Don’t let someone charge you for busywork. Outcomes > Outputs
