One project that holds a special place in our hearts is the 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘂𝗺𝘀, our very first multi-family project completed in 2008! Located just a stone's throw away from Louisiana State University's campus, this 234-unit complex was a labor of love. We performed extensive renovation to the property, replaced roofing, remodeled two cottage-style homes, and performed a complete remodel. The result? Beautifully rebuilt units featuring sleek kitchens, modern baths, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom fixtures! This project was more than just a renovation – it was a milestone, setting us on the path to becoming a leader in the multi-family market. We're grateful for the memories, the lessons learned, and the incredible people we've met along the way.
