Meet Marlene Stauffer, our next class of 2024 inductee! After earning a food science degree from Penn State University, Marlene joined Blommer Chocolate Company, where she played a crucial role in establishing their East Greenville facility. As the first food science professional at Blommer Chocolate Co., her expertise and dedication propelled her into various leadership roles, including Quality Manager and Corporate Director of Regulatory Compliance. Marlene is committed to industry advancement and is involved in professional associations and educational initiatives. She was the first woman to chair the Board of the PMCA - Professional Manufacturing Confectioners Association and has educated countless students and professionals through presentations and courses. Marlene's contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Stroud Jordan Award from the American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT).
