We’re thrilled to share some incredible news! Blue Chalk has officially been acquired by the Auspicious Group, a new global creative services agency based in London, launching today! This majority female-owned venture is led by three visionary entrepreneurs from the UK: Co-CEOs Rachel Pendered and Barnaby Cook, along with Chair Mark Killick. We couldn’t be more excited for this next chapter. Blue Chalk’s founder, Greg Moyer, will continue to serve as our CEO after a multi-decade career in senior management roles for non-fiction television brands. Greg’s business partner and co-owner, Pam Huling, will take on the new role of Chief Revenue Officer, focusing on new business development. Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of creating hundreds of projects that have brought joy to both our clients and our team. As we look to the future with the Auspicious Group, we’re incredibly excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for our clients, our work, and our team. With the Auspicious Group set to become a global leader in the creative services sector, and the wealth of experience its leaders bring, we’re confident this acquisition will allow us to bring our capabilities to new markets while continuing to produce the high-quality, human-focused work that has defined us. Stay tuned for more as we enter this dynamic new chapter.
