Congrats to our friends and clients International African American Museum for this award, in partnership with Hood Design Studio.
Exciting news! The International African American Museum has been awarded The Architect's Newspaper's Best of Design Award in the Landscape and Cultural category! 🏆✨ We are privileged to have played a role in sharing untold stories of the past and present while reconciling the history of Gadsden's Wharf. "The engagement with the history of the site, the nearby residential development, and the new architecture of the museum itself is resolved through a masterful landscape. Serving as the base for the entire project, narrative, and message, it’s a marriage of time, land and sea. ” —Juror, Emily Conklin" https://lnkd.in/dgSf6P_t
Few things are as satisfying as doing great work for great people. We're excited to share our collab with Stroudwater Capital Partners, a passionate group committed to making healthcare more accessible and equitable in rural communities. Through our work together—spanning a rename, anthem, new identity, website overhaul, and marketing planning—we aimed to put their warm and generous spirit on full display.
Charleston’s Black community continues to transform the area’s cultural landscape. We recently launched the new Explore Black Charleston site in collaboration with our friends Explore Charleston, which showcases the many ways to experience these vibrant and vital contributions with itineraries, maps, a Black-owned business guide, and a library of stories that recounts Black history in the region. We loved bringing this joyful design to life, so be sure to check it out in this new client highlight.

Check out the latest thoughts on GA4 and Tag Manager from our own Kyle Mensing. He personally led the charge on our process of migrating 50+ clients big and small from UA to GA4 (and he's got the battle scars to prove it)!
Google Analytics 4 is here, which means Google Tag Manager is here for a wider audience. I've been fielding a lot of questions about how the pieces of this stack fit together and how a change in one impacts the others. Lately I've been explaining it like this: GTM is an extension of the site code. GA4 is a destination data is sent to. When you add Data Studio in for dashboarding, you end up with Google's (apparent) vision: - GTM is the implementation layer - GA4 is the intelligence/analysis layer - Data Studio is the reporting layer The bifurcation of code locations creates this stack: - Functional code - the site or app code you/your developers create and maintain - Data Layer - the mesh between your functional code and GTM - Marketing code - the stuff that happens in the GTM box to power marketing and analytics efforts Tag Manager (in classic Google fashion) is a powerful tool with learning curve and interface that require effort from the user. But it's worth the effort. Read more: https://lnkd.in/giV4FhA7
