Time flies and the years go by quick! Wishing our agency a happy 13th anniversary. It’s always incredible to think about the journey of a business. This one started with a tiny office space, single computer, and a cordless phone. It started with zero customers, and one person. It relied on a lot of hard work, dedication, and goal setting! Today, we have 4 awesome locations, 13 awesome team members, and serve not only our local communities, but the entire state and beyond. We are hands on, with the perfect blend of technology that keeps us appropriately and effectively connected as independent agents should. Thank you to the amazing team that crushes it day in and day out…. It may have been my dream to start this business, but it’s YOU that are the true leaders that make this place thrive. It’s my pleasure to serve beside you and for you! Lastly, and most importantly….. our customers!! THANK YOU!! FIVE years ago today, this firecracker showed up to work. Eager to learn, grow, be challenged, and never afraid of hard work. She started by learning administrative work, understanding the very basics of insurance, and navigated through just about every role there was to become one of the most well rounded, confident, professional, and valuable team members at the agency. Today, she is a driving force behind the success of all of us here at the office. She can handle the day to day operations, work so well in training and guiding her team members, LOVES our customers, and we all love her too!! Meet Sam…… The most interesting woman in insurance! (IYKYK) This is why it’s important to have an Independent Agent! Our office is all hands on deck and we LOVE to help you whether it’s explaining insurance, quoting you, processing a claim, or simple billing. We don’t have an automated answering service and you will never push buttons to get us! We still use awesome technology if you prefer to be automated, and we can guide you to use carrier technology, but just know we’ll still be here if you need us! We also operate as a team so if one of us is busy, someone else will jump in and help you!
