Blue Room Magazine

Blue Room Magazine is a student operated and produced publication and student organization from Eastern Illinois University. Over the past several years, we have grown to be the first and foremost art resource for students in the area. We offer unique opportunities through juried student works, student and faculty interviews, and success stories with EIU alumni – just to name a few. Blue Room provides an exclusive experience to anyone who joins by giving a hands-on approach to real-life situations and problems seen in the field. Students have the ability to craft and participate in jobs needed such as designers, photographers, editors, journalists, and writers. We also publish resources, opportunities, and tips for artists and creative-type readers. From how-to demos to articles and creative insight from respected traveling artists, you can find it all under one cover.
