🚀I’m excited to share that Adelaide has completed a seed-extension round led by Aperiam, the leading early-stage adtech fund and finalized the acquisition of Rita Data, a privacy-friendly marketing insights platform. 🚀 The fundraise includes new investors GOAL Ventures and Nishat Mehta as well as participation from existing investors Human Ventures and BlueTree Venture Fund. Rita empowers consumers to view, control, and earn money from their data. With rich insights generated from a community of 200,000 members, the platform is trusted by leading B2C companies such as HelloFresh, JustEat, and Skyscanner. Adelaide will be using the Rita panel data to improve the accuracy of our omni-channel AU models. Most importantly we’re aligned with Rita’s pro-privacy stance; personal data will not be sold or used for targeting or attribution. We’re thrilled to have John Arts and team join Adelaide and help accelerate our vision of a more fair and equitable market for media (and consumer data).
