One of BME’s Core Values is: Never forget to laugh! - We can be serious about our work without being serious about ourselves. A week and a half ago members our leadership team participated in a team building activity at Full Throttle. This was one of many to come for certain! It was a well welcomed change of atmosphere for our leadership team. Throwing axes and racing go carts was most definitely a stress reliever for many!

BME recently recognized our first winner for Living our Core Values for the office staff. Joe Hoover, handles all HVAC service coordination for Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton. Joe rolled up his sleeves in a colossal way in May, when he took over this territory during a new system integration.

Love this and this man. Dion is the epitome of humility and care. Thankfully I was at our Indianapolis office today with our president #jeffhubler to spend some time with Dion and a tough team there that has weathered the storm of an unusual year. Dion is our first Indy recipient of a recent CIP at BME and our values and how we present those to the people we serve. Our awesome VP of sales Heather Chapman has driven this effort that is all peer driven. Happy National Skilled Tradesman Day to each and every person at BME who has studied and devoted themselves to learning and mastering a trade. We have a tremendous amount of respect for you. We know and recognize that it’s each of you who keep our clients safe, and comfortable during the good and bad times!

In what ways do you give back to your community?

Last week, our Nashville branch presented Luke Plante with his awards. Luke, one of our HVAC technicians, was the winner of our employee recognition program, for Living Our Core Values. Thank you Luke, for leading by example! BME is thrilled you are a part of our team.

On the 23rd anniversary of 9/11/01, let us all take a moment to “Remember” and “Never Forget”.

Last week we presented Evan Carnes, an HVAC technician out of our Corporate office in Northern Kentucky, with an award for for winning the employee recognition for Living Our Core Values. Evan consistently shows up confident and hungry to learn. He never backs down from a challenge and has been a reliable and solid resource for one of BME’s larger customers. Thank you Evan for leading by example, and for for rolling up your sleeves to help whenever asked!

Last week at BME, we recognized and presented the winners of our employee recognition program, with their awards. Pictured below is Jeff Boudreaux. Jeff, one our plumbers, is often referred to by coworkers as, “The Greatest American Hero”. Jeff selflessly offers to help even if he is not on call. Clients always comment on how amazing that he is. His attitude of serving and going beyond all of the time is hard to match! We celebrate him and honor his commitment to living BME’s Core Values!
