We are proud to celebrate the one year anniversary of our virtual call center partnership with JPMorganChase. This innovative model has expanded access to customer service career opportunities in communities with limited access to traditional call center facilities. Our Director, MacKenzie Garvin added, “As we celebrate the one year milestone of the Baltimore virtual call center, I am more confident than ever of the value this model brings to Baltimore City and look forward to growing and deepening our public-private partnership with JPMorganChase.”

Our Recovery Works team at MOED, led by Jessica Cardott and Craig B. Lewis, had the opportunity to meet with Special Secretary Keller to share MOED’s new suite of employment programs for people in recovery from substance use disorder. Programs include a peer recovery program, a supported employment program, job development, and advocacy for a Recovery-Friendly Workplace. We’re excited to expand our efforts and serve even more residents in recovery in 2025.
