Thank you to University of Illinois Chicago for coming yesterday to show the community how to make healither meal choices on a budget through their Eat. Move. Save program. This community-based intervention is designed to improve nutrition and reduce disparities in outcomes associated with nutritional diseases including obesity and malnutrition. CPHP provides a wide variety of FREE nutrition and healthy lifestyle education to eligible schools and the Chicago-land community.
