Our Energy Alliance provides outstanding programs in natural gas and electrical energy conservation. Our members participate actively with BOMA International in the development of the international model codes for energy conservation, indoor air quality, elevator safety, and other health and life safety issues. BOMA's method of square footage floor measurement is the standard for the commercial property industry. BOMA International produces the annual Experience Exchange Report survey of operating expenses, which sets the benchmarking standard for the industry.

We are so proud to be able give back to the Hospitality Hub!!
We want to send a big shout out to our friends at BOMA Memphis for raising funds to support the Hub at their 35th annual golf tournament! As leaders in the real estate industry, BOMA members understand the importance of creating safe, comfortable, human-centric spaces like the Hub campus. Thank you BOMA for this generous support of our work to help people exit homelessness every day.

We had a great turnout at our luncheon yesterday, where we got to present Kelcey Johnson from HospitalityHub a check for $20,000 from our Golf Tournament proceeds. They are doing amazing work for the homeless in Memphis and this money is going to help the children that are affected!! Also a huge Thank You to Les Binkley from Boyle Investments to speak last minute to our group about the Poplar Corridor Business District TIF. There are some great things happening in our city!!
