We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Rebecca Klebanoff to Vice President & General Counsel!   Rebecca has been an invaluable asset over her past 2+ years at BOND, contributing significantly in her roles as Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel.    “Rebecca’s extensive experience in the construction industry, starting in the field on major civil and infrastructure projects and as both outside and inside counsel to a range of construction industry clients, has been instrumental in addressing strategic, legal, compliance, and risk management issues at BOND,” says Paul M.
