A huge blocker for many trainers to consider a different approach to assessment is how to get started. They’ve spent countless hours building course modules and specific, precise multiple choice exams. So to think about tossing that aside and starting from scratch is usually too daunting. We get that. But that’s one reason we love sharing this story from one of our customers. She saw the value in video assessment, so she made it super easy on herself. She took all of her multiple choice assessments and imported them into one of our workflows called Question & Answer. Yes, it took her some time to think through it all, but she had a really good starting place with the existing multiple choice questions. Instead of having the learners mark an answer to the question, like you typically do in multiple choice, they instead had to answer the question on video. 🔥 Now that’s a much more impactful way to assess learners on what they know!
