ATTENTION NY CFers! The New York State Adult Cystic Fibrosis Assistance Program is now open for applications. This program provides grant support for copayment assistance for medical care related to CF, like prescription drug and device costs, and medical and behavioral health services, and insurance premium assistance to include medical, vision, and dental premiums, to eligible NYS residents living with CF.
