BCI's mission is to inspire, develop, and support people with disabilities through a continuum of innovative employment opportunities.
Our Organizational Employment Program offers paid jobs in a fully supported environment at BCI Packaging with continuous opportunities to advance. Our dedicated team of Employment Support Specialists works to accommodate each individual’s unique needs. Through regular training and assessment, we ensure the highest level of success for every person we serve. We focus on abilities rather than disabilities. We transform a desire to work into something meaningful and fulfilling.
Our Competitive Employment and Skills Center vocational training programs empower individuals to work alongside non-disabled individuals while earning the same opportunities, benefits, and pay. We work with individuals to assess their skills and interests and draft plans to get them where they want to be. Once employment is secured, we remain available for follow-up support as needed.
Achieving our mission requires successful partnerships. Companies with packaging and light manufacturing needs can support our organizational program by sending jobs to our team. Companies with staffing needs can partner with our competitive program to hire adults with disabilities.
If you find that our mission resonates with you, we encourage you to schedule a tour at 636-875-5267.
