In 2023, nine BorgWarner facilities in Portugal, China, Mexico, and Spain installed or expanded their onsite solar panels, driving us closer to our goal of reducing operational carbon emissions! 🌍 These projects are expected to produce over 10.1 GWh of energy annually and avoid more than 6,000 metric tons of CO2e each year. We’re proud to report a 32% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2021, and a 48% increase in renewable energy use in 2023.

What a fantastic week at The Battery Show North America! It was so exciting to connect and showcase our latest innovations in electrification at Huntington Place, Detroit this year.
