    What can data tell us about job performance? We dug into some recent platform metrics to find out. 📊 For this #HiringWinWednesday, we recently analyzed hiring patterns from one of our platform users who tested different approaches to agency engagement. The results tell an interesting story: 🌟 When working with a single agency, roles received about 3 candidate submissions on average, with the first submission coming in around 22 days. 👏 But when the same roles were opened to multiple agencies, they attracted 20 candidate submissions on average, with the first candidate appearing in less than 3 days. 💡 Most interesting? The number of interviews quadrupled. But this also raises some questions around the ideal number of agencies to engage. ‣ What's the sweet spot for agency engagement? ‣ How do you balance quantity with quality? ‣ When do diminishing returns start to impact results? ‣ Are there any scenarios where you’ll work with just one agency as opposed to multiple?     Sometimes, small changes add up to big results. ✨ For this #HiringWinWednesday, we're showing what's possible when you stick with it. One of our long-term partners, a major consumer goods leader, has filled open roles through our platform and made their hiring faster every year since 2020: 🚀 2021: It took 116 days to fill a role. 🚀 2022: Down to 98 days. 🚀 2023: Improved to 75 days. 🚀 2024: Now just 68 days! That means they're now hiring 41% faster than they were 3 years ago. And! Their talent team is happier and works closely with us on all kinds of hiring challenges.     Online job scams are surging, and they're posing significant risks to both employers and job seekers. Recent data from the Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) and McAfee reveals a staggering 118% increase in reported scams from 2022 to 2023. This uptick highlights how scammers are becoming more sophisticated in the recruitment space.
