This past Friday afternoon, Alex Hammond provided IPEX by Aliaxis vinyl installation training and best practices to a mechanical contractor in Greensboro, NC. As a result, a bond was formed, and now this contractor has requested more advanced, on-site training, for their pipe fitters and plumbers. We and the distribution partner who facilitated this meeting believe that product training is an essential service and real value-add that we can and should provide to the contractors and plant maintenance personnel we serve, and on this day, mission accomplished.

Another great day, another great cause, this time the Chambliss Center for Children, hosted by Tioga in Chattanooga, TN, earlier this week. Ryan Boykin of BRADLEY-HUGHES and Jason Calloway of Tioga and Joe Pro of Penn Machine strike a pose before striking (we hope...) the ball straight down the fairway in support of Chambliss' good works.

Last week, we posted that we at Bradley-Hughes believe in doing well by doing good. Little did we know how soon we would need to put those words into action, because the people in the Southeast are not doing well. Thousands of our fellow citizens are suffering, with many lacking food, water, and shelter. As a result, we will be making contributions to the American Red Cross and the Samaritins Purse, two organizations committed to helping those most in need. We would also like to encourage those in our industry; our customers, principals, and competitors, to pitch in as well.
