Brand Visualization

I've been struggling with this for the past few weeks. I DOVE head first into starting my own business, which really highlighted all the areas that I am total shit at. I want so badly to NOT be the person preaching shit that I don't know how to do, but I also know that the way you get better at content/business/anything is to do more of it. This is why Brand Visualization content has been slow. Not sure what to do, keep moving forward I guess.

Why is a morning routine important? 🌞 How you set yourself up for the day is directly proportional with how you perform. Your mindset DICTATES your success. 👇 These are my morning routine tips! 👇 1. Wake up early. 🌅 I know, I know, why would we leave our nice cozy bed to get a head start to our day? When you give yourself time in the morning to truly wake up and get ready, without that feeling of being rushed, you're setting the expectation that you are prepared and capable. 2. Get some movement in. 🏃♀️ You don't have to go to the gym at 5 am to start, I sure as hell do not see myself going that route. Just move your body enough to wake it up. Yoga in your underwear, a walk around the block, or a few jumping jacks will do you well! 3. Listen to something inspirational. 🎧 I have a series of podcasts and books I listen to available on the resources tab of my website. Start your day with that voice in your head, pushing you to kick some ass! For me, it's a lot easier to listen to that voice once it's been primed by some inspiration. 4. Eat something. 😋 For a long time, I've only been a morning coffee person. I wouldn't eat anything until around noon. As of late I've been adding protein powder to my coffee and WOW does it open my brain! When your body is fueled, your brain is a lot more willing to put in the work. Identify Your Goals ~ How do you help your customers? ~ What problem are you trying to solve? ~ What benefits does your client get from working with you? 3. Highlight Key Words ~ What words seem to keep popping up? ~ What do your goals and services have in common? ~ What themes are present? 4. Find The Right Fit ~ Rearrange the keywords into several different variations ~ Find what sounds and looks the best ~ Make sure you are thinking about pronunciation, legibility, and readability before you settle on a name!
