On *Tuesdays, we wear pink – especially when it's to celebrate someone special. Our morning was made complete with a homemade overnight oats bar, "yacht rock" radio playing, and hugs all around from the birthday queen herself. We're grateful to celebrate another milestone birthday with a teammate so kind, hardworking, and resilient. (Might we add, loyal? This year will mark her 24th year at BC!) Happy birthday, Cynthia! 💐

What happens when you take a building-brand marketing team and make them build a house in 45 minutes? (Gingerbread houses, that is. 🏠) You get five uniquely-crafted-non-cookie-cutter homes with attached garages, a camp made complete with tents and a candle campfire, candy filled walkways, and even claims of client-insulation and metal roofs. All in the holiday spirit, our "Let's Get this (Ginger) Bread" competition was nothing short of sweet... Until we added in “must use” materials like tortillas, tissues, crayons, and potato chips...
