Today we look back at the panel "How are corporations embracing GenAl? - A Brazil and U.S. Analysis" with Bhavi Mehta - Partner, Global Leader of Advanced Analytics, Bain & Company and Lucas Brossi - Partner, South America Head of Advanced Analytics, Bain & Company Brasil. Bhavi and Lucas highlighted that most Brazilian companies are concerned about the lack of internal expertise to implement Al, while American companies are concerned with data privacy and security. They shared that pioneering organizations are approaching Gen Al as a comprehensive transformation across their entire company, embracing uncertainty and leveraging the learning process along the way. Looking back at our "Al-Powered Fintech: A Founder's Journey" panel with Pedro Franceschi - Co-Founder & CEO of Brex and Anu Hariharan - Founder of avra. Some of the topics they talked about included what makes a good leader, where Pedro shared that in his opinion a good leader should be able to "act at all levels" and emphasized the importance of execution over pure strategy. They concluded the panel by discussing how Al will break many go-to-market frameworks. Pedro reflected that if they were to build a company like Brex from zero now, the process would be completely different. The roles change, but the passion for our organization's purpose continues.
