  • Balanced venting—have you heard of it? 🤔 I know it's crazy, right? Venting can be a way to process emotions, but how we do it matters. I used to feel guilty venting to friends because I didn’t want to speak badly about anyone. Here’s what I’ve learned: -Find friends you trust, and when you vent, stick to the facts and how you feel. -No bashing, just release. -After sharing with 3-4 friends, let it go and move forward. Change your focus to the future, and let go of the past.     Feeling your emotions fully—both the painful and the joyful—can transform your entire experience of life. 🌟 I recently navigated some personal challenges and noticed I was avoiding my sadness, which dulled my ability to enjoy life. By allowing myself to truly feel and breathe through my sadness, I was able to go back to feeling joy fully. Otherwise, I felt dull all over.
