Following on from our last little announcement about our award noms - I thought I'd do an (overdue) reintroduction to the BreezeMove team for those new around here 👋🏻 Being a digital based company, it's not often our clients get to see our faces, and us theirs. We changed things up on our most recent team social and went out to Farmageddon in Ormskirk 🧟♂️ Despite myself and Rachael being the only ones on the team who found it particularly scary (🤣) it made a nice change to go somewhere different to celebrate another really good stretch. One of the common causes of a fall-through is the process taking too long, everyone loses on a fall-through but there is ways to prevent them (by using us); the longer a transaction takes, the more likely a buyer or seller will be to pull out.

less than two hours average response time across our solicitors for august 🙌 last month the average crept up to just over 2 hours, and august brought it back down - we mentioned on our last post how in August we had our most ever completions. Meaning that despite it being a notoriously shorter staffed time for most industries, our solicitors still proved their undeniable reliability and capability to perform well. We'd love to introduce to our service and our team 🤝

How is it already September 🤯 won't be long until the Christmas decorations are back up (sorry, I can't wait) August came and went in a flash, and despite it being the bulk of the school holidays, and summer holiday season. Our team, and our solicitors still achieved 11 week average completions for our buyers and sellers 🤩 We had our most completions ever (so far) in August (🎉), so despite being busier month on month, our customer success team never lets this impact the service we offer.
