Breiholz Construction Company was founded in 1946 by German toy and cabinetmaker William H. Breiholz. Incorporated in 1955, Breiholz Construction Company is currently under its fourth generation of ownership which combines over 100 years of construction experience as Breiholz employees. Since our inception, our focus has not been to be the biggest contractor, but to be the best. Our commitment to the entire construction process from design through warranty has enabled us to establish a list of delighted clients with whom we have maintained longstanding relationships. We are excited to announce Greg Lettington, a VP Of Field Operations with Breiholz Construction, has successfully completed the coursework for the 2024 Spring Building a Safety Champion Series, and is the twentieth graduate of the 2024 class. Greg completed the cultural assessment of his organization and established his own influential leadership attribute, initiated one personal improvement, and established his own personal vision for safety while identifying several best practices for his organization to consider implementing on their own journey of safety excellence. Join us in congratulating Greg on his accomplishments while starting his journey as an influential leader in his community, home, and work.

Excited to announce that Breiholz Construction has been awarded the new office addition to the Des Moines Electrical Apprenticeship's training facility in Urbandale. The project is set to break ground early next month, with a substantial completion date in late August. Looking forward to collaborating with Studio MELEE on this project!

Breiholz Construction recently finished up a new vestibule project with our longtime partner Iles Funeral Homes. We brought a new modern design to the south entry vestibule, while complimenting and tying into their historic funeral home built in 1926.

Breiholz Construction was recently awarded the construction of a new maintenance facility for Marion County located in Knoxville, Iowa. The new maintenance facility will total approximately 32,372 square feet, and will be home to Marion County's road department. Construction is set to start this spring.
