As we highlight insights and major data points from our 2024 Inclusion Barometer, Neeta Mehta, partner at Bridge Partners - Executive Search discusses the importance of inclusive executive search in a climate of declining DEI programs. "Bridge Partners 2024 Inclusion Barometer supports the fact that 60% of leaders view inclusive executive search as "very important". This is particularly noteworthy in the current climate, where many corporations are reportedly removing or downsizing their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs. This statistic suggests that, despite the downsizing of formal DEI departments or initiatives, a significant portion of leadership still understands the strategic value of diversity in hiring, especially at the executive level." Continuing our series highlighting insights and major data points from our 2024 Inclusion Barometer. Neeta Mehta, partner at Bridge Partners - Executive Search discusses how challenges if any hinder the process of implementing DEI Programs in the workspace. "Recent results from the Bridge Partners 2024 Inclusion Barometer reveals a promising insight into the implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within organizations. A substantial 72% of respondents indicated that they do not perceive significant challenges in implementing DEI initiatives. This suggests that with the right approach and commitment, DEI programs can be seamlessly integrated into organizational culture. This positive outlook should encourage us to continue to build a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace." You can download the full report at https://lnkd.in/dhDhSeX8
