On Wednesday, Robert A. Larrabee had the opportunity to speak with a group of service desk specialists and leaders at HDI Philly. He spoke on the traits that great service desk agents have and what is needed to be the most efficient when working a service desk. Last week we had the pleasure of sponsoring the Weis Markets Charity Golf Tournament. The money raised at this annual tournament is donated to several organizations including food banks, cancer charities & organizations, pediatric hospitals, and schools and educational organizations. A special thanks to Tony Mowery and James Hunsinger for helping us amateur golfers throughout the day.
