At the Brighton Economic Development Corporation, our vision is to enhance Brighton’s quality of life by fostering and supporting economic growth that will ensure Brighton is an ideal place to live, work, learn & play. The Brighton growth area is one of the fastest growing in the nation. Broadrange Logistics Signs Largest Speculative Industrial Lease in Colorado at 76 Commerce Center Brighton is thrilled to announce Georgia-based Broadrange Logistics has signed a 1.13 million-square-foot lease at 76 Commerce Center. Broadrange supports the renewable energy industry and plans to use some of the property for distributing solar panel components. The lease accounts for nearly 50% of the total industrial leasing volume in metro Denver for the second quarter. Broadrange plans to move into two buildings in September 2024 and expects to create dozens of jobs.
