March is National Nutrition Month, and what better way to celebrate than with a hands-on culinary experience? Our very own Chili’s Culinary Director, Brian Paquette, hosted interactive nutrition classes, inspiring our Team Members to make balanced, delicious meals with simple ingredients. On the menu? 🍽️ 🍞 Creative toast variations 🥬 Fresh spring rolls 🍗 Power-packed protein bowls 🍫 A naturally sweet date, peanut butter & chocolate dessert Great food fuels great teams, and we’re all about making choices that nourish us — inside and outside the kitchen!

We proudly participated in the 2025 Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) Leadership Conference with 103 BrinkerHeads in attendance! This year’s "Bold & Limitless" theme encouraged leaders to break barriers and drive change. As a longtime WFF partner, we’re committed to supporting our team’s growth and leadership development. After the conference, the impact keeps going through our year-long WFF-WTL (Women Taking the Lead) cohort, led by Chili's General Manager Angela Rea and ambassadors Ioana Lapos and Sarah Coco. Together, we’re creating a future where women thrive at work and male allies support them!

This week, Chili's and Maggiano's Little Italy Directors of Operations (DOs) gathered in Coronado, CA for an inspiring DO Summit! With the theme EMPOWER, our DOs focused on strengthening our teams, taking ownership, mastering the fundamentals, and driving our brands forward. Between impactful conversations, unforgettable moments, and plenty of fun, leaders strengthened connections and set the stage for even greater success. We’re thrilled to welcome Tim Johnson to our Board of Directors! 🎉 TJ brings more than 30 years of financial, strategic and operational leadership experience with global, consumer-facing brands. As the Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer at Victoria’s Secret & Co., he has played a key role in guiding the company’s success and will continue in this role through his recently announced retirement in June. At Brinker, making a difference starts with serving—our Guests, Team Members and communities. Last week, we put that commitment into action by Serving It Forward the North Texas Food Bank. Together, we packed 4,000 meals for food-insecure children and, through our donation, helped provide 49,000 meals to families across 12 North Texas counties. Huge thanks to our BrinkerHeads for showing up with passion and purpose!

BrinkerHeads came together on Monday for a special Galentine’s/Valentine’s-themed lunch, hosted by our Global Business Development team! All proceeds were donated to the Brinker Family Fund, an established 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded by Team Members for Team Members. Through shared stories, great food and generous donations, we reinforced our commitment to supporting our Team Members in times of need.💌
