To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we hosted a lively event, Catrinas with a Twist🎨, highlighting how honoring cultural traditions can spark creativity and enrich our understanding of each other! Attendees creatively decorated Catrina skeleton figures, honoring the Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) tradition. TMs also enjoyed a delicious Tostada Bar made by Sous Chef Corazon Orona. What better way to show our General Managers ChiliHead Hospitality than with a five star trip to Maui? We love celebrating some of the top performers of the brand. Not to mention, some of our leadership accompanied them on the trip and helped make this trip truly memorable!
A group of more than 100 of our Chili's General Managers, leadership team, and their guests just returned from a trip to the beautiful island of Maui, where they were celebrated for earning the best KPI results in the brand last fiscal year! They relaxed on the beach, attended a festive luau, had a white night party, and connected with fellow operators. Congrats to these top performers – you earned it!

Earlier this week, we held our annual St. Jude Create-A-Pepper Happy Hour at the Restaurant Support Center. Team members showcased their creativity by decorating T-shirts, which were judged by the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital team. The top designs were recognized, and each winner received a gift card as a reward! Be sure to head to your local Chili's to color a pepper for $1 this month and support the lifesaving work of St. Jude.

On the heels of the GM Conference, Chili’s hosted its All Team Member Meeting in the restaurants this past weekend! TMs enjoyed breakfast together while tuning into "Saturday Morning Live," during which they learned more about ChiliHead Hospitality and making Guest feels special. There may have even been some friendly competition and prizes involved... Who doesn’t love a little team building?!
Last Saturday, we hosted our All Team Member Meeting, where all 60,000 ChiliHeads nationwide met at their restaurant to connect, have fun, and discuss key hospitality behaviors to make everyone feel special. They were challenged to create a team chant and submit their videos for a chance for a cash prize – check out the winning chants from our spirited Team Members!
