In 1996, Offshore Logistics purchased a stake in Bristow Helicopters Ltd., and the company was rebranded as Bristow Group Inc. in 2006.

Absolutely cracking footage here. Training with key stakeholders such as the RNLI is part of life for SAR teams all across the globe. This just the first of many such exercises in South West Ireland.
🚁 The new AW189 helicopter took part in a crew exercise with the Courtmacsherry Harbour RNLI on Sunday. This marked the first exercise by the Irish Coast Guard with an All Weather Shannon Class Lifeboat and is part of a continued training programme with local Coast Guard Units and key agencies and stakeholders in the South West.

Teamwork on the edge... literally. We are proud of all our colleagues, but today the spotlight is on Caernarfon SAR crew Dave Kenyon, James Stewart, Richard Taylor and Steven Thomas, winners of the 2024 Prince Philip Helicopter Rescue Award. This team, operating for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, tested their aircraft and their own skills to the limit when two climbers became stranded in a perilous position on the high slopes of Welsh mountain, Tryfan. Despite challenging weather and truly demanding circumstances they brought the pair to safety. They are worthy winners of this prestigious award - well done guys!
