Visitors enjoyed the games while taking advantage of the vibrant all-day eateries, cozy bars, and award-winning venues. The Olympic spirit extended into the evening with the precinct illuminated in green and gold, creating a festive atmosphere for unwinding after a day at work. This certification underscores our commitment to creating sustainable, healthy, and efficient workplaces. 🌏 In Canada, we earned the WELL Health-Safety rating once again, showcasing our adherence to top-tier operational and safety standards in the office environment. 🌏 One The Esplanade in Perth, Australia achieved the WELL Core certification at the Gold level and the WELL Health-Safety ating, establishing it as one of the city’s most sustainable new commercial developments. These achievements underscore our dedication to advancing sustainability and promoting tenant well-being across our projects around the world. Leases are built on relationships, and our recent successes at IAH West Distribution Center in Houston and Maybrook Logistics Center in the Hudson Valley demonstrate this: A national building materials manufacturer and distributor, already occupying part of our IAH West facility, decided to expand further at the Houston property. Additionally, they have signed a lease at our Maybrook facility in Montgomery. These deals highlight how essential relationships are in the real estate industry. By understanding our tenants' needs, delivering exceptional facilities, and fostering strong connections, we create an environment where businesses can grow. The ability to build and maintain these relationships across multiple markets is a testament to our team's dedication and expertise. Our efforts to building a better world for people, society, and the planet drives our social initiatives across the globe. On this #WorldHumanitarianDay, we’re proud to highlight the incredible dedication of our teams who embody our mission to make a positive impact. From April to June, our Brazil team led a winter campaign, collecting over a thousand items like blankets, coats, boots, scarves, and socks. With over 90% of employees participating, all items were donated to the Salvation Army, ensuring they reached those in need. Brazil also celebrated the 12 days of Arraiá Beneficente across four projects in our portfolio. Partnering with Casa do Zezinho, an institution supported by Philanthropic Matching. Our development and multifamily teams embraced the spirit of #BrookfieldCares during our inaugural #MayOfCaring. Partnering with over 50 charitable organizations, they made a significant impact in 21 markets by serving thousands of meals, assembling care kits, walking and running miles, collecting essential goods, and donating substantial funds to various causes.
