About us
Welcome to Brookhaven Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Where Caring is our Specialty! Our center offers comprehensive sub-acute care and rehabilitation services for those who suffer from a variety of medically complex disorders, including stroke and cerebrovascular disease, cardiac disorders, post-operative recovery and wound care. Patients needing some post-acute rehabilitation stay with us for an average of 20 days, and are safely discharged home to their community.
