Our European headquarters is located at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam and this week we celebrated our 10th Anniversary there! The EMEA HQ team came together in one of the best ways we know how – with a team run! The celebration was extra special because it coincided with our bi-annual EMEA New Employee Orientation (NEO) days. We welcomed our new EMEA Brooks employees from all over Europe in Amsterdam, where they spent two days gaining key insights from different areas of the business, spending time connecting with the team, and celebrating a company milestone. Amazing day at UW last week for their MGMT 430 capstone case based on Brooks Running! Everyone on the team was blown away by the research, analysis, and clean presentations these amazing students put together for us! Was an honor to provide the Brooks input for the case prompt to Rick McPherson, Janice Bautista, and Andy Rabitoy and getting peppered with amazing questions at the student Q&A. Special shoutout to Kristen Kohashi for keeping everything coordinated and smooth! To celebrate International Women’s Day and our EmpowerHer Collection, we partnered with the recipient of this year's grant in partnership with DICK'S Sporting Goods, Marathon Kids! In 2024, Marathon Kids launched The Girl Movement program, a running program tailored exclusively for 4th through 8th grade girls as they navigate the crucial transition through middle school. This year, we (Brooks, DSG, MK) went to the Davenport House Of Sport to host a morning of programming for 30 girls who got to participate in 3 stations where they engaged in team building exercises, a goal setting + pacing workshop led by Brooks-sponsored athlete Anna Gibson, and a sports bra experience. #LetsRunThere #KeepMoving #YouthSports #IWD

Last week Adam Parnell, Senior HR Programs Manager, facilitated our largest New Employee Orientation (NEO) class yet! We were able to support 50 new hires on-site with our new building space! Run quarterly, this two-day event hosts speakers from all over the company to give new employees insights into different business functions.
