BBF, in partnership with Wandikweza, is bringing vital maternal health services directly to women in Malawi’s remote communities. Through the “Nurses on Bikes” program, nurses equipped with motorcycles travel to the Maternity Drylands - regions with no health facilities, transport, or emergency care. These nurses provide essential antenatal and postnatal care, supporting women from pregnancy through early childhood. Since 2019, this program has increased early pregnancy care from 40% to 76%, helping ensure safer pregnancies and healthier children.

BBF Global Relief is proud to support Collaborating to Help Children (DCTHC) in providing crucial care to Ukrainian families. Through our recent grant, three families received mental health services while their children underwent life-saving treatment at Shriners Children's Boston. Led by Dr. Gennadiy Fuzaylov, DCTHC has been a lifeline for Ukrainian children, providing surgeries, prosthetics, and now, counseling to help families overcome war-related trauma. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, BBF is proud to partner with Mercy Health, Graves County Health Dept, KentuckyCare, and the Kentucky Cancer Program, for the "Boo! Scare Away Breast Cancer!" event in Mayfield, Kentucky. Using our donated mobile health clinic, the event provided free clinical breast exams, educational resources, and mammogram referrals at no cost. Tiffany Newhouse, APRN from KentuckyCare, expressed it best: "This is a blessing that bridges the access to care within small communities by closing gaps in healthcare."
