To close out Hispanic Heritage Month, author and workplace strategist Daisy Auger-Domínguez (she/her/ella) shared three main things that create opportunities for Latinos to be themselves at work: visibility, authenticity, and advocacy. Thank you to all BBHers who attended this event organized by our Latino Cultural Network, and for the stories shared throughout this month-long celebration. Being 'Partners In Our Clients' Success' is something we're uniquely built to do. But partnering is more than a headline, it's our distinct approach to doing business. We partner with our clients to help enable their success; we partner with our employees to help them pursue rewarding careers; we partner with our communities to improve the lives of those in need; and we partner with our financial regulators to help build safe, fair, and stable markets. Thank you - this was a thought provoking and unusually self-reflective conference agenda - sometimes it’s clearly visible when an industry is at an inflection point, other times the trace lines of those changes feel present in the ether but are hard to trace in illustratitive practical and applied adaptations. That’s what it feels like as it relates to the discussions around AI’s influence - there’s a strange “winter is coming” vibe around the topic - and therefore it’s very clarifying to spend time with others who are looking to the beneficial applications and are thoughtful about the “Intelligence” in Artificial Intelligence. @ftlive #FTFOAM BBH Investor Services
The Future of Asset Management North America Summit delivered key insights on the industry's evolving landscape. Experts discussed the resurgence of M&A activity and its potential to drive industry consolidation, while leaders shared their perspectives on the priorities for the next generation of asset managers and the importance of mentorship. The event concluded with a thought-provoking discussion on the future of mutual funds, questioning whether they have passed their peak in the face of rising alternatives like ETFs. Thank you to our speakers, delegates, and sponsors for making FOAM North America a success. If you missed any sessions, catch up on-demand here: https://bit.ly/3TKoBL0 #FTFoam
