    Industry shifts like this take time to unfold—but we’re on it. As we continue gathering details from both Rent. and Zillow Rentals leadership teams, we will share what we can in the coming weeks to ensure our clients have clarity and control as changes take effect. The key takeaway right now: Listings for Rent. under current contracts will be ending soon, and all Digital Marketing Services through Rent. will also be phased as well. Many of you may need referrals to new agencies for support—Brynson is happy to provide those, agnostically. Note that you are not obligated to move properties to the Zillow network. Rent. can cancel listings instead of automatically transferring them. There are other ILS providers and services that may be more beneficial. We know this transition will bring pressure from sales teams eager to shift properties onto new platforms. Stay diligent. Your fiduciary responsibility is to the property owners, and there are many marketing strategies beyond a direct ILS transfer that can help put "heads in beds". For those impacted—whether through job loss or service disruptions—we are here to help and please reach out as we have many resources that can hopefully assist.
