Helping employers bring stability, control and predictability to their healthcare spend since 2003.
About us
BSI Corporate Benefits (BSI) was founded in 2003 by Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony (Tony) DaRe. Prior to founding BSI, Tony served clients on the insurance carrier side for Geisinger Health Plan and the University of Michigan M-Care. During that time, Tony realized his true passion was to be an advocate for clients rather than insurance carriers. He started BSI with the mission to be an advocate for clients on both a HUMAN and a FINANCIAL level. Today, BSI is a fiercely independent national employee benefits consulting firm with client groups ranging in size from 50 - 15,000 employees. BSI’s ability to successfully identify, implement, and execute immediate and long-term cost-control strategies to effectively manage our clients’ healthcare costs has resulted in BSI being named “Best Benefits Consulting Firm” since 2017. Our executive team has over 110 years of combined insurance industry experience and currently manages over $550 million in healthcare spend throughout the country. It is because of our book of business, reputation, and personal relationships with top executives at the carrier level that we are able to consistently deliver results to our clients that cannot be matched. Effective risk management in employee benefits is vital for financial stability and operational efficiency. One way to achieve this is by joining a benefits consortium, which allows companies to share risk and secure better rates. Additionally, stop-loss insurance acts as a financial safety net against high claims, while rate caps help maintain budget predictability. Comprehensive risk management is an approach that will strengthen your competitive edge and will educate employees about their benefits, reducing costs and boosting satisfaction. 🌟 To learn more about how employers can protect their organizations while enhancing performance, check out our most recent blog post: https://lnkd.in/eYQqRaTP

191 years of C.F. Martin & Co making the best accoustic guitars in the world. Sometimes we have to take a step back and realize how unbelievably cool it is to represent one of the most iconic companies on the earth. The fact that me and my BSI Corporate Benefits teammates get to work with the Martin Guitar employees and support their organization everyday is surreal and we deeply appreciate the partnership. The fact that chairman and 6th generation owner Chris Martin has become such a dear friend and mentor to me personally is a “pinch me” moment everyday. The fact that Chris agreed to be a guest on my #stretchingontuesdays podcast still gives me chills. It was frickin unbelievable. A 191 years of history and behind the scenes stories told by the man himself! Join Chris and I here or anywhere you get your podcasts, truly a one of kind experience. Approaching 5000 listens since we started SOT a year ago, so much fun. Hope you enjoy. https://lnkd.in/ejVKGhEY
