We had a blast at our annual Halloween costume competition! Such a great time seeing everyone’s creative costumes!

Construction is officially complete at our self-storage project in Mesa, Arizona, just outside Phoenix! This two-story facility features 856 climate and non-climate controlled units and 59 covered boat/RV spaces. The site has state-of-the-art security and is operated by Extra Space Storage.

What an incredible evening celebrating the grand opening of The Newberry Hotel. Acquired in December 2022, this charming 117-key boutique hotel has undergone a complete transformation and now proudly joins the Tapestry by Hilton Collection. Alongside newly renovated lobby and guestrooms, the hotel now features a brand-new restaurant and bar, market, pool, and fitness center. A huge thank you to our dedicated team and wonderful partners for making this project a success!

Renovations are officially underway at The Doubletree by Hilton in Bend, Oregon! Once complete, the hotel will be converted to a Tapestry by Hilton. Coming early summer 2024! Check out our website for more information: www.thenewberryhotel.com

Exciting news! Our Scottsdale Self-Storage project is officially complete! Strategically situated in the Troon area of Scottsdale, this ground-up development features four levels with three basement levels and one street level. Managed by Extra Space Storage, our property offers 54,645 net rentable square feet with 547 climate controlled units.

Wishing a fond farewell to our incredible CEO, Eric Danziger, as he embarks on this new chapter. His impact on the hospitality industry will be felt for years to come and we wish him all the best in retirement!

We're counting down the days until the completion of our Casella 55+ Active Adult community. Our partners at Peak Living are gearing up for the first resident move ins, happening in just a few months!

Construction is nearing completion and leasing is expected to start this month at our Scottsdale Self-Storage project. Uniquely located in the Troon area of Scottsdale, Arizona, the project includes three basement levels and one street level with state-of-the-art security and includes 464 units. Once complete, the Self-Storage complex will be managed by Extra Space Storage.

This past week, Braintree Group purchased and assembled 25 children's bikes, ready for donation to the Boise Bike Project's Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway. Each December, the Boise Bike Project generously provides over 500 bikes to kids and families in the Boise community. Families attending the event receive winter clothing, a warm meal, a bike lock, helmet, and the bike of their dreams! We are truly grateful for the chance to spread joy to numerous families this holiday season. A big thank you to BBP for this wonderful opportunity and for organizing this event for our community! 🚲✨
