Debbie cherishes the lifelong friendships formed at holiday parties and company gatherings, and loves being part of a strong team of women thriving in a traditionally male-dominated space. Looking to the future, Debbie hopes to eventually pass on her wealth of knowledge to the next generation, though retirement is still a way off.
