We have a winner in our first ever Bull Moose Tube Customer Photo Contest!! We asked our customers to send in pictures of our products being used in their projects or product designs. We had several great entries but only one could be the winner! We are happy to announce that the winner is Contech Engineered Solutions with their Pelican Bridge photos! The bridge’s total structure is 194 x 14’-8”. The project used 12 different sizes of square and rectangular tubing, ranging from 1” x 1” x 1/8” wall to 10” x 10” x ½” wall, and consumed a total of 7,322 feet of tubing (around 108,106 pounds)! Excluding the concrete, the entire bridge weight is 143,918 lbs. It has perforated stainless steel sheeting and custom lighting on the outside. Contech Engineered Solutions states “This signature custom truss was designed to commemorate the migratory North American pelican that visits the area each spring and summer. The walking and golf cart bridge connects the entire Water Valley community. The Pelican Bridge serves as a gateway to expand the Town of Windsor’s trail system and provides safe passage for pedestrians.” Please help us congratulate Contech Engineered Solutions!
