Lakeood Ranch resident Mike O'Donnell is the co-founder and CEO of Leaves Legacy Project, whcih uses utilizes articical intelligence technology to help write people’s biographies. "AI can do it efficiently and quickly. It could be my wedding, the birth of my child, my defining moments, my bout with cancer," he said. "We created a virtual biographer." The "Times of My Life" virtual biographer collects information, and combines that information with artifacts, photos and records to create those life stories. "We could digitalize all the stuff, the family archives, but how would you attach stories to the artifacts? That was the big missing piece," O'Donnell says.

The former president of Long & Foster Real Estate has been appointed the president of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. In her new role, Jackie Thiel will support the growth of the Naples-headquartered firm that has 40 offices across Florida and North Carolina. Thiel will report to Premier Sotheby’s CEO Budget Huskey, the past president who will continue to lead overall operations and strategy for the company, which did $8.3 billion in sales in 2023.

OnMed, a telehealth company founded in Tampa in 2012, recently added a trio of leaders to its board. The three include: Heyward Donigan, Ken Goulet and former U.S. Rep Kendrick Meek (RD-Miami). Meek represented the 17th Congressional District of Florida from 2002 to 2010. Martinez is an established nonprofit executive with success “integrating philanthropic efforts with corporate strategy, particularly within Fortune 500 companies,” according to a statement.
