For 15 years, we’ve had the privilege of being the exclusive caterer and operator of this iconic venue, sharing in immeasurable memories, milestones, laughter, meaningful connections and plenty of dance moves. We take enormous pride in the fact that Palladium Saint Louis holds such a significant place in history – for us and for our St. Louis family. To those who have upcoming celebrations at Palladium, rest assured our team will continue to provide the seamless, elevated experience you’ve come to expect. And to everyone who has hosted or celebrated with us over the years: thank you. While we look back with gratitude, we look ahead with excitement. Meet the Team Tuesday! Meet Michael, our Evening Operations Manager. Michael grew up in Centerville , Illinois and has been a part of the BP team for almost four years. Mike has made such a great impact on the operations department, and recently with the service team after his promotion to the Manager of our Evening Shift. Anyone who crosses his path will tell you he is the prime example of the four P’s of Butlers—especially putting the BP team first! He leads by example and has helped many of our younger team members by guiding them to thrive in high stress and fast-paced environments. His poise and passion are just some of the reasons Mike’s managers and team members look to him for guidance and advice. We are so proud to share that several of our outstanding team members were honored as Hospitality Heroes through Explore St. Louis' Hospitality Hero Recognition Program this afternoon!💙🦸 Congratulations to (pictured from left to right) Laura Boyle, Taylor Robic, Carlos Alvarado, Amanda Rodman, Brittany Skobel, and Stephanie Glioumas! Each of these individuals were nominated for specific incidents where they demonstrated compassion, courage, and unreasonable hospitality—from saving a guest’s life with the Heimlich maneuver, to executing the largest seated dinner in our company's history, to going out of their way to ensure the safety of team members during challenging moments. They embody our core values of being Passionate, Poised, Positive and Putting People First. Thank you for representing the heart of Butler's Pantry, heroes!

Meet the Team Tuesday! Say hello to Celia, one of our incredible Service Captains! Celia is from Belleville, Illinois and recently graduated from Mississippi State University. She has been a part of the BP team for 7 years and has taken on various roles, like kitchen attendant, deliveries, service captain and "just about everything in between." It’s hard not to get sentimental watching teammates like Celia thrive, as this was her very first job.
