  • We are proud to announce a brand new Men's Group, beginning Thursday Nov 7, to support the mental and emotional health of men. WHAT TO EXPECT: A Men's Group is a space for men to come together to connect, share, and support both each other and themselves. Each week, this practice begins with Breathwork, Meditation, and QiGong (gentle movement), followed by a portion where everyone gets to check in and share personal challenges, wins, or anything going on in life. You will have the option to simply share and receive support, or ask for feedback from the group. YOUR FACILITATOR: This series is led by Adam Christie, who has been guiding a successful Men's Group in Petaluma for five years. We are grateful for his willingness to facilitate this group at no cost, to give back to the community. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the trust and confidentiality required for a group like this to thrive, we are limiting participation to only 10 spots available, and requiring all members to attend a minimum of 8 sessions to join. For details and to secure your spot, visit: https://hubs.ly/Q02RSy3f0 *This program is generously sponsored thanks to our Blue Zones Project Petaluma sponsors: Healthy Petaluma District and Foundation, The City of Petaluma and Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital. • Today we are honored to spotlight the incredible Naomi Crawford! Naomi is a valued member of our Steering Committee, co-owner of Lunchette, and a Petaluma resident with 35 years in the restaurant industry. Her goal is to help people become better connected to one another, and to place, through food and food systems. When asked about her favorite from the Power 9, here's what she had to say: "It's hard for me to pick a favorite from the Power 9, but I have to go with the 80% Rule because it is a core belief at Lunchette and also in my life personally. We can't do everything "right" all the time, but this is a small decision that contributes to a better world." Thank you, Naomi, for all that you do for this wonderful community! #lunchette #petaluma #petalumaca #bluezones

This trail audit is the first of several to be done in Petaluma with the intention to improve our paths so that they are more accessible for all ages, abilities, and needs. On-the-go food will be provided, as we Move Naturally and improve our community!
