C&W Services is thrilled about starting a transformative five-year partnership with Morehouse College, the prestigious, historically Black college for men in Atlanta. The journey officially began on July 1, 2024, elevating campus life across almost 1.4 million square feet of the school’s facilities and grounds. Our comprehensive services encompass janitorial, landscaping, and operations and maintenance services. The collaboration features a student scholarship and community engagement initiatives, reflecting our involvement in Atlanta and the academic landscape. This dynamic partnership aims to create safe and enhanced experiences for faculty, researchers, staff, and visitors. The collaboration, customized to empower more than 2,300 students, includes project management capabilities, a dedicated student engagement specialist, energy analysis for sustainability and cost savings, a CMMS platform for operational efficiency, and asset management and inspection technology. Our commitment to providing world-class facilities management across the school’s 66-acre campus aligns with its mission to develop future leaders. The exciting news recently generated coverage from CoStar Solutions, the CRE information, analytics, and news platform. We’re honored to partner with Morehouse College and contribute to a safe and inspiring environment. After launching our new Mission, Vision & Values (MVV) in early 2024, we created a photo contest to show how team members brought the MVV to life in their daily duties. We’re thrilled to share inspiring photos from the contest winners! Team members throughout North America sent numerous submissions that displayed creativity and dedication. With over 150 photos and 15 videos, our judges faced a challenging task. The contest winners received various prizes, but the true reward was capturing some moments that make C&W Services special.
