How closely does your current business state align with your vision of “Robust Good Health”? At C12, we define Robust Good Health by assessing the optimal capacity for each area of our business using the resources God has entrusted to us. By comparing your current state to the ideal state, you can pinpoint areas for improvement and optimize your operations. Robust Good Health differs from “maximum performance.” Maximum performance implies operating at the highest possible level and may lead to short-term gains; this level of performance is not sustainable without consequences. For example, when employees work more than 50 hours per week, productivity and quality rates can decrease substantially. The same is true for runners in a distance race: when they accelerate to their maximum speed too early, they run a slower race overall. Robust Good Health is just one of the many topics we will cover in our monthly Business Forums this year. Join more than 4,000 members worldwide who are pursuing excellence in business and life together. Learn more about becoming a C12 member at www.joinc12.com.

In a culture of “Robust Good Health,” employees are encouraged to seek better ways of doing things, leading to increased efficiency, quality, and competitiveness. Pursuing this type of culture also helps your business stay relevant in a rapidly changing environment. Learn from C12 members Nate Agentis and Luke Humberd as they share their journey to optimizing their company’s performance by embracing humility and accountability to achieve Robust Good Health in their business.
