Equipping Christian CEOs and business owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose.

About us

Building great businesses for a greater purpose. The C12 Group is not another business-centric Bible study or a professional networking group. It's also not a guest speaker forum or business solicitation platform. It’s an objective Peer Advisory Group for like minded business leaders to share ideas and best practices, focusing on areas to sharpen in their business, and lives. In a confidential, non-competing C12 Peer Advisory Group experience, members learn from their group’s wisdom and insight. By sharing with those who have "been there", they encourage and hold each other accountable to the biblical principles and core values that guide them. Our mission is to change the world by advancing the Kingdom of God in the marketplace through the companies and lives of those Christ calls to run businesses for Him.

Delegation is not relinquishing our control as leaders; it is strategic empowerment that allows us to focus on high-level responsibilities while developing our team’s capabilities. In this month's C12 Business Forums, we examine delegation and how it can improve growth and innovation in our companies. How have you approached delegation in your business? We would love for you to visit a Business Forum and join in the discussion.

God has entrusted us with our companies to accomplish His purposes. As business leaders, we may not have been called into “vocational ministry” in the sense of a paid pastor or missionary, but we have been called to a vocation that can be leveraged to make a Kingdom impact. Would you like to learn more about leveraging your Business as a Ministry (BaaM)? We would be happy to talk more about it!

We love that Tom Darby of TMD Machining, Inc. applied lean principles as he founded his business, and then continued to refine the process over time. When it comes to eliminating waste, it's important to regularly reassess our processes to look for opportunities for greater efficiency.

Strategic planning is not a one-time project to complete but an ongoing discipline to prayerfully sustain, year after year. In C12, we use the Business as a Ministry (BaaM) Strategic Planning Framework to help develop comprehensive strategic plans for our businesses. Would you like to walk alongside like-minded business leaders and CEOs who are developing their own corporate strategic plans? We would be happy to connect you with a C12 Business Forum near you.
