At the end of March 2023, commercial bank lending dropped by $105,000,000,000—one of the largest contractions in history. Banks are pulling back. Credit is tightening. But businesses still need capital. That’s why private credit is thriving. - The funding gap is growing. Banks aren’t filling the need. - Demand for debt is rising. Borrowers want to keep equity. - Private lenders are flexible. Banks follow rigid guidelines. - Speed is everything. We close in days. For growing businesses, capital isn’t optional—it’s the difference between seizing an opportunity or missing it. That’s why C6 Capital is positioned at the intersection of speed, structure, and execution. Speed matters. Structure matters. Execution matters. Curious to learn more? DM “C6” & we’ll schedule an intro call.

We funded $2,000,000 for a technology company specializing in AI-driven advertising solutions. Here’s why we liked the deal: 1. The company had an enterprise value of $45,000,000. 2. The company had $28,000,000 in annual revenue.  3. Their tech was already generating revenue,  4. But R&D spend was delaying profitability. 5. We collateralized all company assets.  6. Including their AR and IP portfolio. BONUS The company had top-tier clients, including Fortune 500 advertisers. We structured an interest-only period to help them scale without immediate repayment pressure. The borrower had a simple challenge: They were scaling fast but needed working capital to bridge their next funding round. Traditional lenders wouldn’t move quickly, and equity financing would dilute ownership. We stepped in and provided a structured, non-dilutive solution that allowed them to keep their growth trajectory on track. Speed matters. Structuring matters. Execution matters. “Banks take months. We take days.” A mantra our team repeats daily. When a company needs capital, timing is everything. Maybe you need to secure inventory before prices go up. Maybe your senior lender backed out last minute. Maybe you’re closing an acquisition. You don’t have 3-6 months to wait for a bank to say “yes”. That’s where we come in. C6 Capital provides structured, non-dilutive financing to businesses that need capital fast. Here’s why borrowers choose us: 1. We work with companies banks overlook. - If traditional lenders say no, it doesn’t mean the deal isn’t good - It just means they aren’t built to service it. 3. We close in 5-7 business days. - Where Banks may take several months. - We move at the speed of opportunity. 4. We don’t take equity. - Our capital is a non-dilutive cash infusion. - Allowing founders to keep ownership. At C6, we understand that the right funding at the right time can be the difference between seizing an opportunity or watching it pass. Speed matters. Structure matters. Execution matters. “The second best answer to a yes is a fast no”. This is especially true when potential borrowers are in a bind and need to make decisions quickly. A fast no allows them to re-evaluate their needs and spend time on other options. How do we get to expedited decisions? 1. We stick to our process. 2. We ask the right questions. 3. We UW to our guidelines. 4. We’re transparent about our capabilities. 5. We streamline decision making. Although it may not be the answer they are looking for. We save borrowers the time and effort of chasing down lenders for an answer. There’s nothing worse for a borrower than gathering required information, then not hearing lender feedback for days. We get to answers quickly - and are conscious of the other sides time. Interested in learning more about our UW process? DM “C6” and we’ll schedule a call.

I’ve been posting on here for a few months and realized… I haven’t formally introduced what C6 Capital does. C6 is LMM special situations lender providing credit solutions to borrowers with revenues ranging from $5mm to $150mm and/or EBITDA less than $10mm (generally). We’ve identified this market as generally underserved and deploy capital in a way that fills a void in growth/working capital, acquisition, and bridge financing needs. Our value proposition is simple and 3 things set us apart: 1. Our speed to close. 2. Our flexibility. 3. Our creativity in structuring. We are able to turn around deals within a 1-2 week timeframe. We are flexible where we sit in the capital stack. We are creative in how we view and ultimately structure transactions. Interested to learn more about C6? DM “C6” and we’ll set up a call.

We funded a $5,500,000 facility for the acquisition of 3 dental practices. Here’s what we liked about the deal: 1) The borrower owned 110+ other practices nationwide. 2) We felt confident in the team and track record. 3) The borrower was in the midst of an IPO. 4) We were able to get senior secured on business - UCC-1 on AR and Equipment. 5) We were able to amortize Month 1. Our value proposition for borrowers is simple: - We are creative in our structuring. - We provide flexible lending solutions. - We close quickly. & we help borrowers realize arbitrage opportunities within their businesses through working capital, acquisitions, and other means. We funded $2,250,000 for an acquisition of a music festival for a firm with $60,000,000 in revenues. We funded $1,250,000 for working capital of a chip manufacturer with $15,340,000 in revenues. We funded $500,000 for working capital for a marketing agency with $5,800,000 in revenues. We funded $1,500,000 for working capital for a telecom business with $16,000,000 in revenues. The old adage that each deal is different rings true in our day to day. Whether we are: 1) Setting up a lockbox that gives us control over a borrower’s operating account. 2) Carving out specific receivables from the senior lender borrowing base. 3) Filing a UCC against the LLC that owns a piece of real estate. 4) Getting directional/assignment letters from a borrower’s customers. 5) Putting a first mortgage on real estate that’s owned personally by the CEO/owner. In all of these examples, the approach is the same. It’s the structuring that varies case by case. That’s what we’re here to do. Find creative solutions to help finance businesses. What’s the most creative structuring you’ve seen recently?

“Debt gets a second chance.” This is why our investors like debt. If a borrower defaults on a loan, there are options: 1) The lender often is backed by legal remedies. 2) The lender can allow the restructure of terms. 3) The lender can foreclose on the collateral. 4) The lender can sell the underlying asset. Whereas equity has no second chance. This is why we focus on debt - to limit our downside and protect investor capital. Because: Equity ≠ options. Debt = options. P.S. Have you thought of debt this way before?

We’ve funded over $500,000,000 worth of facilities to 200+ clients. Here’s the TOP 3 reasons a client reaches out: 1) The client needs additional inventory. TYPICAL SCENARIO: - The client wins a new large PO, or - The client locks in bulk pricing. The loan is repaid as PO is fulfilled and invoice is collected. 2) The client needs a bridge through larger capital markets event. TYPICAL SCENARIO: - The client needs working capital. - The client is in TS stage with a lender, or - The client is finalizing an equity raise. The loan is used to help bridge through that larger liquidity event. The loan is repaid as the transaction closes. 3) The client wants to acquire a competitor. TYPICAL SCENARIO: - The client identifies a great acquisition. - The client doesn’t have the cash to complete the purchase. - The client comes up short on the equity and needs to move quickly. The loan helps with the acquisition. The loan is repaid through additional CF of the acquisition. Curious to learn more about C6 Capital? DM “C6” & we’ll schedule an intro call.
